I would like to prefer swimming for good and best health.. because when ever you swim then every body part work to swim you..

For exercise, I prefer swimming as a complete body exercise. It really depends than your age, as younger folks enjoy games with a lot of running, and older folks enjoy walking at a brisk pace, just to raise their heart beat, to prolong their life span.
