I don't know if Zumba is considered a sport but this kind of exercise is really good for your health. Dance for exercise and have fun doing it.

Every sports is good for our health and mind. Their are so many sports which is good for our health like football, cricket, swimming, gymnastics and so many other. But best sports to our health i think it's swimming. Swimming need lots of stamina and power. And its provide best exercise to all our body. It work out each and every part of the body even muscles to our joints. It is very useful to increases our height.
