    However, any physical exercise that you do or it least 30 or 40 minutes per day, will increase your life expectancy and keep you in shape.

    Every sports is good for our health and mind. Their are so many sports which is good for our health like football, cricket, swimming, gymnastics and so many other. But best sports to our health i think it's swimming. Swimming need lots of stamina and power. And its provide best exercise to all our body. It work out each and every part of the body even muscles to our joints. It is very useful to increases our height.
