I think every sports can do good to our health. But for me, I like badminton very much. What's more, I also like to watch badminton competitions. I often use damaiwang.
Hockey and Football are best sports to be fit and healthy because both the games need very hard physical efforts.
Every single sport is better for your health than staying in front of your computer. I would suggest you swimming! It is my favourite but sadly I don't have enough time to practise it...

Aaah, would beg to differ. Elite endurance sport athletes (triathletes, cyclists, ultra marathoners) are finding they have some serious heart issues as they age - to, like, 30yo Other outdoor games such as rugby and bmx racing have high incidence of concussion which in turn leads to long term head injuries or, worse, serious depression. A retired, top bmxer recently killed himself and the outpouring of grief from fans was all about his history of not recovering fully from concussion before riding again. Fans didn't feel betrayed, let down etc but hugely concerned that the man had been so badly affected and nobody had realised in time. Free diving is an outdoor sport and last weekend 2 free divers died in NZ which probably means the sport is wiped out down here because it's not widely practiced. I could probably go on... but blanket statements without trying to back them up doesn't help the OP with their research. That's assuming that andoy96 is still interested in our opinions after 6 years.
