According to me swimming and cycling are two sports which are very good for the health and i like the marathon too
i think all games are good for health but some peoples are like and some are did not like it. so out door games is batter for health.
Walking, jogging, swimming. All of the sports are good for you if you do them right with guidance at first.
Swimming is good. If there are no swimming pool nearby, do wii fit plus. There are tons of good fitness games.
