As i dont participate in any sport as such maybe the odd bike ride i find having sex is a great substitute,and before anyone kicks off yes i am married and have been for 30 years.
The game that gets more work with ours body all are best sports for health like football,cricket,tennis etc. i think all indoor games are good for heart.
The Rock climbing is a sport women of all ages can participate in and something that can be enjoyed for a lifetime and Though there was a time that climbing was considered a "man's sport,"that is certainly no longer the case, as more and women are discovering the great benefits that the sport offers to women.and Youth sports are a staple in many communities.They are a fun, safe way for children to be active and involved with their friends and family and to learn values of good sportsmanship.
I would say best sport for the health is swimming as it requires exercise of all teh body parts and its really feel good after swimming to the body
