There are a vast number of sports that can affect the body in a healthy, supportive manner, I think! A couple that come to mind are swimming, soccer, tri-atholons, and wrestling. I say this because the amount of conditioning required for these sports is incredible. When one trains for these they put the body in amazingly great shape.
