Jogging, Swimming or Cycling are good for health. Although you are very busy for daily life, you should plan to take part in these sports. They can help you to relax and prevent heart disease, lose weight as well as improve fitness.
IMHO the best sports is the beach volleyball. Sorry, I didn't read the all opinions here, prob someone wrote about it. BTW beachvolley is the most safety game! I'm 43 and still has a lot movements around ))
According to em swimming is the best sports for your health and I think marathon is good for health too you should do yoga regularly too
