It depends on you but I would suggest the more active the more it gives a benefit on your health. Just like cycling, basketball and even dancing. It will do.
Swimming for low impact, and motocross for the ultimate - it is the most physically demanding sport out there.
Any exercises is best for our health all sports do good exercises means i can't choice best one from different sports.

I think every games are good for health I think home based games like chest, carom and plying cards are good to you...Other games have hard work which will not good to you if you have any heart problems,and for young boys and girl playing cricket ,basket boll,table tennis some games are good.
