There are a lot of people saying football but here is the "issue" I have with football. You are constantly running which although done on the grass isn't great for you joints. And besides that when watching a football game I notice about 10 injuries per game. Now although I think 90% of these are fake the ones that are real will not be exercising for some time. This is why my vote is for swimming because the benefits are numerous plus the only way to get injured is by not looking where you are going and crashing into a wall.
Football will give you life if you play only a fair game else it will take your life.. Its a risky game but very good for health..
All the sports are good for health, but most of them have injury risks, say cricket, hockey, football, rugby, baseball (and all games which include a ball) The best sports with a complete body exercise and spiritual peace and less chances of injury are badminton and swimming
It is Loan Tennis because you will not predict where ball will come. You have to alert all the time when game is continuee.
