I think basically all sports was healthy but the best for human health is still swimming maybe yes and maybe not..
There are numerous sports that are amazing for your health, swimming is probably one of the best along with waterpolo, because of how intensive they are for your cardiovascular health with relatively low impact on your joints compared to a lot of things like gymnastics and impact sports. I'm personally a martial artist and it keeps me in the best shape in my life (even when not competing I'm plugging away at insane rates), but it can have severe consequences on your hips in time, not to mention training injuries and actual damage caused by sparring (in competition or out), like I almost broke my hand last night and compete in 2 days.
