I think all the games are good for health.... But if you have some heart diseases then I think home based games like chest, carom and plying cards are good to you...Other games have hard work which will not good to you if you have any heart problems, I think as per my grand fathers problem need rest for life time due to operated... Thanks.
I think it is just a "as long as you are getting out and doing it" thing. Swimming is the easiest on your joints if that is a concern. But most doctors recommend 20-30 min. of continues exercise 3-5 times a week!
I would cast my vote for swimming it is low impact so it is good for your joints and it`s also great exercise. Soccer I think would be 2nd, so many sports like my favorite (hockey) can easily lead to injury.
According to me swimming is best for the health. Even doctors also recomends it is more beneficiary to our body joints. Swimming is always benefacial in keeping your body healthy and fit. As far as its negative effects chlorine and some other chemicals can cause skin rash.
I would say football is great for your health. Also boxing or kick boxing, as long as you are just taking classes for fitness and not really fighting. We've all seen how some of those boxers are pummeled into mince meat after some matches!
I want to choose golf, but the game costs too much, so it might be not good to one's health for the money one spends is one's living expenses.
Not if you break your legs because your enemy wasn't very nice Played Football for 6 years but at some point the fairplay is gone.
