    I actually just registered an account on http://www.easywebcontent.com and used the online editor. Just play around and see what happens with it. I learned a lot from experimentation

    w3Schools lets you try out the stuff you've learned, but some of their content is outdated. That being said, I've yet to see a site that is as concise as w3schools and so long as that does not exist they will keep getting visitors. As a tip, keep in mind that w3schools has no ties to the W3C so don't fall for their marketing stuff (ex. their 'certification' tests).

    best source would be to subscribe in lynda.com and carefully learn with thier video tutorials.

    seems that w3schools is kinda free, and easy web content needs subscription. The cheapo in me is sticking to w3schools, thanks for the link!
