Hi, I am searching for a script, CMS, turnkey solution....not sure what my options are but here is some of the criteria. 1. Easy to template and duplicate to add sites, preferably something that can be run through one source with multiple communities each with separate pages and admin area. 2. Easy to maintain for the not so savvy computer user. 3. Modular features such as classified, calendar, articles, download area...modules that would be of use to homeowners and their community. One example is: AtHomeNet.com I would appreciate any help. I was wondering if this is a project I would need to hire a coder for or if there was a solution already out there. I have looked and looked but all the CMS have different features. Any assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. Louise
