Best software, script to find places can post backlinks for your site?

    Dear,
    Do you know best software, script to find places can post backlinks for your site? It can list sites with filter like: PR, domain age, alexa, OBL

    I know Scrapebox only but it is paid software. Anyone know others?

    There are many of them here too you can do a quick search and most provide free listing.
