Best Software for setting up Free Blog Site?

    Hi All, I am wanting to setup a free blog site in Australia where people can easily create there own blog, with great features and have it on a subdomain from mine. I have setup hosting Cpanel / PHP / MySQL. What is the best software out there for this? If someone has good skills or experience with doing this I am willing to pay them to help me setup and customise.

    Yes I have also heard of it.Seems that it allows multiple authors.
