Best software for managing multiple blogs

Anyone have recommendations for stand alone software for managing multiple wordpress blogs. I have 100+ blogs that I manage, and it's a a pain to go to each site, login and post articles.

There should be a way to select individual blogs, groups of blogs or the entire list of blogs for where a post should go.

I know there is software out there that does this. Any ideas?

The easiest way is to setup post-by-email. I know wordpress offers this (out of the box), and I believe other sites do as well.

The problem with post by email is that I have a number of different blogs, some grouped in similar topics, some totally different, and some somewhat overlapping.

For each post, I'd like the full list of my blogs in front of me so I can just click off on the appropriate blogs to post to. That would seem to be much easier than figuring out which ones to email to. Also, my isp doesn't let me send email to more than 25 or 30 people at a time, meaning that I'd probably be constantly flagged for spam, even though its not spam.

What about the ScribeFire plugin for FireFox? You add your blogs to the library, compose your post and can then 1 click post to the blogs you want. Does the job for me.

The reviews for scribefire don't look too good, and I'm not sure yet about Windows Live Writer, which I guess I'll check out.

I know there are other standalone programs -- I've read other articles on them before (when I didn't need them of course) and they seemed to do this. I guess I'll keep searching.

I've checked out a bunch of programs, including windows live writer, qumana, and scribefire, but nothing really does what I want.

I'm not looking to sell posts. I'm just looking for an easy way to manage a rather unruly network of blogs with my own content from a central location.

Will I ever sell posts? Who knows, but I'd like whatever solution I use to be flexible for fast posting if that ever is done.

I don't want something that's kind of clunky and might post to a few blogs if you try hard, rather something that's made for managing large networks of blogs and provides numerous options for selecting individual blogs or predefined groups of blogs.

I know it's out there. Everything is out there somewhere. I don't care if it's a commercial product or needs to be licensed, I'll pay for it if it works as I'd like it to. Anyone else have any ideas?
