I like that you have included the PR ranking for each of those listed. Can I ask what you use to find the sites PR ranking? I have Rankquest SEO Toolbar, which is an add-on for Firefox. It seems to do the trick, but was still wondering what other programs or add-ons were out there that others used.

Are most of these really any good? It seems like nearly all of them are either no follow, don't get your links indexed by Google or bury your links under 10,000 others fighting for attention.
You can install a do follow plug ins, I am using SearchStatus and it works well I can see if it's a do follow or not and the PR of each sites.
