best social networking sites?

What are some good social networking sites, where I can register then post a lot of articles from my blog. (blogger,seo,webmaster) related?

I don't want a time limit and I want some traffic.

even if it's 5 hits from 1 post..

 

I know hi5.com myspace.com orkut.com yahoo360 and that's all I know for now ...

 

what about sites similar to digg.com and reddit.com but not them too.

If you have unique and quality content the above lists are more than sufficient to get reasonable traffic that you're expecting.

I wanted to start promoting my sites via social bookmarking, so I put together this list. 80/20 rule tells me that probably only 20% of the social bookmarking sites would be worth submitting to, so I am looking to only spend time with the good ones.
