has anyone used joovili?

 

i know dolphin is good, and its free

 

What about Skadate and another one I forgot the name if it ?
P.S I am not using it for dating but all sorts like Myspace and Facebook

 

yeah I just need the basic sn system at the moment: I'm on a shared host at the moment so Music and video are out the question (for now). I also need something to integrate with my vb forum and use the users on that databse. I found joovili doesnt have such a port so I'm edging towards socialengine.

By the way has anyone noticed a price increase from 250 to $300 for socialengine?

 

Joomla with Community Builder can be good.

 

Do you know any sites with an example of this? I have only used joomla once but I have a feeling it will be quite server intensive since it is a cms.

 

I have tried almost all of the different social networking scripts i would have to say PHP Fox is the best out of all of them i use it for http://www.FriendWise.com but keep in mind once you hit 15K members you will need a dedicated server as i did. I also use Social Engine on http://www.XAdultFriends.com and http://www.myspacepornsite.com they are newer sites i would say that's the 2nd best script. I also tried the free PHPizabi i have that on http://www.Xadultspace.com it's not bad for a free script really to make it great site you would have to buy a lot of mods for it. I also use Handshakes on http://www.friendshere.com it's not bad i would say the 3rd best. Anyway the best one is PHP Fox i hope that helps.

Whatever you do stay away from Alstrasoft efriends. I have used this script, and paid hundreds, it's loaded with bugs. Then they state that if you pay them extra they will remove/correct the "bugs" for up to 100hr.

I agree with richos, PHP Fox is the best bet. it has the very good user reviews and support. If i was going to purchase another SNC it would be PHP Fox

 

Whatever you do, DO NOT USE WEB SCRIBBLE SOLUTIONS. They have junk for software and we ordered it took almost 48 hrs to get then all the bugs and page and links not working. Their support don't know what they are doing, and with one problem told our programmer to use a 777 code on the php which would have open the site up for security risk. They will not refund our money and with all the mods we purchased we are out 672.00. Make sure any software comes with a money back warranty. Please let anyone know that is thinking of buy dating or social networking not to use these crooks. If someone wants more info I will be glad to give my e-mail. I am not pushing any scripts, I am not a competitor, just someone that got ripped off. We are looking for good software.
