Facebook doesn't give do follow links though a Facebook Fan Page with thousands of Followers is a good source of traffic if you post frequently to your blog. Blog Engage is good for PR link juice since they give dofollow links. Mister Wong is old, but it gives do follow links though very little traffic. some of the useful do follow social media sites have been discontinued like Propeller,
Facebook, Twitter, Digg & most of the social networking sites doesn't give do follow links. But still these links are very useful. Mixx, Jumptag, Folkd are some dofollow social media sites.
Whether dofollow or nofollow you should use both as today natural links are required for quality back links. So including some percentage of nofollow links would give you good benefit.
Jumptag is a good find, I hadn't heard of that one. If you check, Folkd appears to use redirects in their links which essentially look like clean links, but the redirect blocks PR transfer. Fit Marker has actually been a reasonable source of traffic, though their links are no follow. You can also get do follow links by submitting your feed to Zimbio.
