I personally use Bookmarking Demon and like it - it is a one off payment not a subscription
Traffic Bug didnt work for me personally

Social bookmarking software is pointless; the whole idea behind social bookmarking is that it requires many people tagging websites for keywords, so for one person using software to submit once isn't going to make any difference. Don't waste your money on it, it won't do anything for you. Same as search engine submission software - who cares if it will submit your site to 30,000 search engines when the big 4 will bring 99.999% of traffic, but people will buy it! Crazy.

Spend your time submitting to website directories and writing/submitting articles - they actually do bring results.

Does anyone know the name of the software, that 'drips' your feeds into social bookmarking accounts.. ie: just say you have heaps of social bookmarking accounts for vaious different categories, the software/script 'drips' your related niche rss feeds into these sites.. I've seen it in the past but couldn't afford it, but now interested in re-looking at it (but can't find it again).

I use Socialbot and It works great for me. I like it cause you don't have to make all of those silly accounts. (Pain in the A** for sure.)

 

Onlywire is best. If you want to get viral traffic then add small widget of addthis site. it is good.

 

Does it really help and is it safe to use such social bookmarking softwares ? I have been doing bookmarking for a long time now but never used a software for it. I tried to install the socialmarker.com software. Even if we have the button, do we need to sign in manually in each and every bookmarking site ?

 

I don't use software. I use online tools like socialposters and ping.fm.
