For me Digg, Mixx, Stumbleupon, Propeller, Folkd are Best For me.

I've used solinkable.com with a bit of success as well. Really, as long as you diversify it should be all good.

Or to get traffic from them?

For SEO purposes, I herad a lot of them are now "noffolow" and don't really do so well for SEO.
Is that true?
