It's been awhile since we've ventured on the CPM side of the business. It used to be that the biggest banner paid the highest CPM. I'm guessing with the various banner tricks now available, like when video slides out of a vertical banner, or a 468x60 which expands into a big cube when scrolled over, biggest doesn't necessarily mean highest paying... or am I wrong. Is there a certain size/type of banner ad which pulls the highest CPM?
I'm with Casale and VCM and I don't really see any different much in the advertisers spendings on 300x250, 728x60 & 160x600 ad sizes. I think that may be mainly because of the size thought as realistically they all cover similar areas of volumn, but a 100x100 banner would be much smaller including the 468x60 banner. I wonder what other peoples opinions will be here.
