Read about Copywriting? What you need to do for copywriting is in two parts:

Understand the game, and understanf the target market.

You need to understand that to get good copy, you need to pay for it, and it needs to come from the right person so it is of useable quality. Then you can distribute it however you choose, Guest Post, Blog Post, Article Marketing, Press Release etc.
You yourself need top understand your target market so that you can recognise this copy is of good quality. For very specific niche's you might even have to write your copy yourself, so bear this in mind.

Therefore, in answer to your question, I guess the best place is a textbook!
