    Outsourcely is a good freelancing site also. Many employers post there to look for people who are up to it.

    All sites have their merits and demerits.
    It is a factor of the kind of freelancer who works for you.
    If you are satisfied to one, you tend to stay glued to it.

    @Jeffr2014
    Your point of view is right but There are a vast amount of seriously talented freelancers on websites like Upwork; the problem is NOT the freelancers, its the way that websites like Upwork function (or perhaps, the way that amateurs like Wong manage their remote team).

    I've been many websites hiring through Upwork (previously Elance). TIP: hire them for a small job first to gauge the quality of their work.

    You may want to try looking for applicants on fiverr.com, peopleperhour.com and onlinejobs.ph

    Forums will be a good place to look for candidates as well.

    I am using Freelancer.com from 2-3 years. It is good website and good payment system. But you have to be little careful when you hiring someone. Because there are many freelancers who took advance payment as a milestone then they don't work on your project.

    Depend on the task, if i got a gig, e.g. a writer for one task of, upwork.com or fiverr

    For tasks that require consistency (a.k.a) admin for my site, SEO, or VA, i would probably go with something more reliable like pinoyforhire.com

    There is no one size fits all, so if you got multiple tasks, break them down and see where they fit.

    I think so, Upwork is not good enough but you can try for freelance.com. This better then any other. Actually number of freelancing are increasing day by day. As a result it becomes more difficult to find job but professional freelancer still limited
