    you can get some quick traffic form digg, stumbleupon, reddit, delicious, and other top social bookmarking sites but they are not converting for adsense. traffic form article submission is lot better in terms of adsense conversion so try submitting a few articles on the top article sites and see how it works for you

    If your target is PPC such AdSense you shouldn't use Free Subdomain, buy a fresh domain. Then Search Engine is your best solution.
