What could be the idea behind such a CMS creation? i mean how can they benifit monetarily by stating a CMS?

I started with Blogger and I still have no complains about. It is very helpful platform to start with Google Asense. They invent after all the program.

 

Blogger platform is very simple to learn. It's a basic platform.

 

If you were saying than might be this sites were great but my vote goes with wordpress because wordpress is search engine friendly blogging site
