What's a good site for an advertiser to use for distributing banner ads?. I basically want to submit a bunch of banner ads and have them splashed all over the web. I dont want PCP, just CPM. I know google was testing something out but i dont think they ever got it going.
Really if you go CPC with google your CPM will be very high and better than you can find anywhere out there. I ran a campaign in an entertainment niche at 5 cents a click maximum and had around .35 CPM.
