There are html codes and some tag generators in code-generator .dot. net. might be useful to you.

If you are looking to just brush up on basics and learn then W3Schools is best but after your second post if your going down a design route check out mashable.com, speckyboy.com, alistapart.com and much more. These sites all tackle more complex problems as well as the latest trends and new ways of tackling design and development stuff.

Ditton on W3Schools. Its a great tool for experimenting too. So much of the HTML ive learned was through tinkering with that site - particularly in the sandbox area.

    2 Thumbs up.

At W3Schools you will find complete references about tags, standard attributes, standard events, colornames, entities, character-sets, URL encoding, language codes, HTTP messages, and more.

w3schools.com also provides certificates like: HTML Certificate, CSS Certificate etc.
