I'll be starting my work on an online sports store. I've selected PRESTASHOP for it as it has multiple option and I like it's back-end. I just wanted to get more suggestions if there are more SHOPPING CARTS available which best suits SPORTS WEBSITE.
There are lots of nice Shopping cart script to use. Prestashop is a really nice one. Tomatocart.com has a really nice admin area
Prestashop is a good choice for you ... + you have more flexibility over design part ... at the same developing Prestashop module is very easy task .. i think it's gonna be a Drupal of e-commerce
