Best shared offshore hosting

    I'm looking for one of the best offshore hosting.

    Requirements: shared hosting ; CPanel ; fantastico ; low cost + unlimited domains

    Servers location: Europe ; Asia ; South America (as long as load time is correct)

    In fact, what is the equivalent of Hostgator in the field of shared offshore hosting?

    No crappy service advertised on DP please.

    Any opinion?
