Hello, I was looking around for good SEO services, I am not sure which good SEO service can get a website to the first position on google rankings. So please post up the best SEO services you found, please try to keep the price respectable. Now on to the questions: I own a vBulletin forum related to MW3. For a long time I have been creating Hubpages and Squidoo lenses hoping to imporve my website's SEO. After making 100 of these, I didn't saw a little improvement. So well, I was wondering, if there is no good SEO services at a respectable price.. what other ways can I use to boost my SEO manually?

Make sure if you hire you get solid proof of work they have done and references. THere is nothing worse then spending $$$ and wasting months on a crappy SEO company. Your going for some competitive words but if you have a site that can convert traffic into $$$ then go for it! You cant make $$$ without spending a little ;-)
You will not get unbiased comment from the forum. Most members in the forum offers SEO services. Search Google for terms like ‘cheap seo services’, ‘cheap link building services’.

Theres the problem "respectable price" if this means you expect a SEO for 300$ then that's your big problem .. Real SEO's work for real MONEY ... Try looking on some freelance sites But stay away from idiots that claim they ofer 100% and from most of the SEO's from countries like Bangladesh or India those aren't seo's are idiots claiming to be SEO"s .... and usualy are the ones who charge idiot prices like 300$ for SEO wich can be in many times not even close to the reality ...
If you are using long tail keywords then in short time, you may get good result but for competitive keywords you have to do link building with quality and regularly as well. Try to use different kind of link building like blog post, link exchange, link wheel etc.
you can also do off page activities like directory submission, blog commenting, Search engine submission, bookmarking etc to get backlinks and traffic.
I think you will be able to find out good people who have vast experience in SEO from freelancing sites like oDesk, Elance, vworker, freelancer, etc. Just go there post a job describing your demand and choose the best candida based on their previous work experience.
