Is it legal or spam? If legal, there are a lot of companies that can handle this for you, mailchimp, for example.

    Thanks Peter,
I actually have one website with around 20 lacs Users, its like event website, and I want to send particular event date and results to all participant. How can I implement that. We have not integrated the mail functionality previously. Website is in PHP. We can now change update the system to add this new feature to system.

But I am looking for server who allow me to send this much mails.
Please let me know if you have any idea on this.

    Thanks,

For such large amount of emails, you need to have a dedicated server. Moreover, adopt double opt in policy to prevent the mails from being marked as spam.

You need a high end dedicated server, everything needs to be opt-in, verify this with any provider before you sign up.

In this case a dedicated server is the best recommendation. Contact the host that you are considering and ask multiple questions about your needs and requirements. As long as it is legal any host will be willing to help with specific needs.

In case you want to start sending the mass mails, you should be aware of the basic rules, otherwise you could cause yourself troubles. You have to always indicates why the person has received your email and how it got to your mailing list - e.i. its your customer or he/she opt-in on your website. Then you have to always write your identification - name of company, address, etc. And the last thing is the possibility to opt-out from your mailing list.

How often you’re planning to send emails to subscribers in a month or you wish to send daily mails? Even, if you get a dedicated server, you cannot send mass mails at once; there is always a limit on outgoing emails per/hour to reduce IP blacklisting risk.

A bit off-topic suggestion – try to connect your subscribers through social media channels like Facebook Page.
