SEO PowerSuite is good, it has a rank tracking program and in the paid version it saves the positions every time you re-check and plots a graph which you can print off for your clients. It also has competitor analysis for analysing backlinks and it can do a full site audit and print off reports.

But I've always wondered how good these "we will seo you" ads I always see are. Too poor to try one so far.

There are so many good tools out there. I use many of them. Some are free, some you have to buy.

Google's free keyword tool is a good start for newbies as are the free Wordtracker tool and the free wordstream tool.

For all round seo Market Samurai and Micro Niche Finder take some beating.
