    Check semrush. It has us, uk, fr, de, is, it, ru databases. And maybe some others, I don't remember all.

    I don’t know what’s the defination of ‘best’ according to different users but for me “ keyword country” is the best because it works for me and helps me track ranking of my website in different search engines.
