Best SEO tools for mass/targeted blog comments, web 2.0 sites, bookmarking and article submissions?

I need some specific tools. As I've always struggled with SEO, most of my traffic coming from targeted back links and advertisements, I need tools for certain things.

I need a good tool for mass blog comments. I want it to be automated, preferably to be able to specify keywords so I don't post on unrelated blogs, and also to be able to target specific blogs. It should be able to do thousands of comments rather fast.

I want a Web 2.0 site tool. I want it to be able to do this or something just as effective:
    >>> I load in an article
    >>> It spins the article
    >>> It makes or I load in 10+ or so blogs
    >>> It posts 10 versions of the article. One on each blog.
It should also be able to handle several blog platforms.

It'd also be helpful if it could make the blogs. That's a bit much to ask, though.

I also need a good bookmarking tool. I need to learn more about bookmarking, so this isn't a huge priority, but I do know bookmarks have great potential. I guess it needs to be user friendly, easy to use and rather automatic.

I also need an article submission tool. I should be able to load in a few articles, and it spins them and submits them.

    Thanks for your time.

    Hey my friend,

I'd recommend FCS networker for your web 2.0s. My favorite part about this tool is that you don't need a VPS server and proxies to run it. It's all setup on their side. Plus, their support is borderline incredible. Dan, the head developer, answers most of my support tickets in less than an hours time.

For social bookmarking, check out http://www.socialmonkee.com/. Excellent drip fed, bookmarking service.

Blog comments, scrapebox is hands-down the best.

Just a side note: I cant help but get the impression that you're going hardcore on backlink efforts. Be extremely careful these days. Pad your scrapbebox efforts with 1-2 tiers of web 2.0s. Maybe its just me and you probably know what youre doing, but I have a aversion to people getting their sites in trouble with ill-advised tool techniques. Feel free to contact me for more advice via PM.

    Regards,

    Thanks for this.

As for the backlinks, I do have a few sites that I'd like to perform some negative SEO for, and also a few sites that I simply need traffic now, and the SEO doesn't matter for the long run.

I will be purchasing everything. Looks like I'll be out about $100+ (I've got a half off coupon for ScrapeBox).

I still need to think of some good sites to set up, for the long run. Besides my personal blogs, I think I'll make a link shortener site, one like adfly and one like goo.gl or bit.ly. Maybe a virus analysis site, as well, but I am in need of more ideas.

Please don't do negative SEO. Bad karma and bad for our entire industry.
