Best SEO title strategy / 2013

I have a network of 100+ actor blogs (Wordpress), and each of them has a biography page with 4 - 5 paragraphs of text (unique, professionally written biographies). I am using Yoast SEO plugin, which has an option of assigning a SEO title to a page. Blog titles look something like this: Salma Hayek Actor Blog, categories looks something like this Salma Hayek movies | Actor Blog. I am wondering what would be the best seo title that I could use for the biography pages, as of 2013. Would you go with Salma Hayek biography | Actor Blog, or maybe Salma Hayek biography | Salma Hayek bio, or something like Salma Hayek biography | Salma Hayek bio | Actor biographies etc. I don't want to make it looks spammy, do keyword stuffing etc, but maybe it would work. What is the best way to create this SEO title as of 2013?

primary KW+ Something Interesting but length should be under limit.
Should start with primary keyword

This is what I follow. But you may add few secondary keywords if it does not look spam-my.

 

Keep it simple. Biography of Actor NAME HERE

Your keyword should be relevant to the title and content that's the SEO strategy.
