The blog seems O.K. as a starter to SEO definitely. A bit more content is probably necessary but it is a good starter blog for some looking to understand SEO a bit more.

Since the title of the thread is misleading, I will go ahead and put my own blog http://nbridges.com/blog/ from where you learn about SEO. Other then mine, their is ofcourse older posts of seomoz and seobook. If you dig all the older posts of these blogs you should be able to get all the info.
