IMHO, no good SEO company will guarantee a top 10 exposure, especially for a competitive word. For a less popular word/phrase, it is another matter.

Dont go for those companies who give guarantee of ranking, i think u know that No one can guarantee the ranking as everything is depend on google. just trust on portfolio and review of company.

Best SEO is more of a perception and depends on the eyes of the beholder
But I guess you are looking for some quality seo who can get you the results - google search should give you some starting points in your hunt

I do a TON of SEO. It's at least half of my revenue. There is NO way I can guarantee a top 5 placement because I there is no way to guarantee what the competition will spend.

I can, however, guarantee a certain percentage increase in revenue. I'm very good at hitting the "sweet spot" of SEO - not the top, but high enough to gain a generous market share. SEO is always expensive, but can provide a huge ROI compared to radio/tv/newspaper advertising.

If you can find a company that "guarantees" a top spot with a single fee and no monthly costs, then you are asking to be banned from the SEs in the next month or so.

You can't have top 10 guaranteed results with only paying one time - maybe you can reach that spot but it won't stay there.

You have to continually promote your site.
