    Google, Yahoo,(Bing or Msn because its the same search engine), altavista etc. Google leads all others but
    i hope Bing will take over.

    You can submit on other search engines as well. Yauba, yebol, dogpile are good search engines.

    Wow this is a good campaign to get huge list of search engines.. If you can get those 1oo search engines, you can start offering "Submission service" to make you get profits online :)

    I wouldn't focus on top 100 hundred, maybe the top 5-10. If your question is related to submission service keep in mind that some search engines are meta search engines. it means that they don't not have a database of websites.
    I usually focus on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask.com, Hakia. You can also try Truevert and Mahalo.

    There are some organic search engines as Google,Yahoo,Bing,Ask and some others and theres a lot of metasearch engines on the internet which are using of organic's databases. You can search for this term " metasearch engine" on an organic search engine. I know some of them:

    undoubtly google is the dad of all . i never search in any other search engine except google from last 9 yrs . google is the dad of all . no one can beat them in their searching and other tools/service which they provide for free or paid.

    Top 100? I dont think I can give out that much. Some of search engines are just there to make money, lots of ads and no informative content. Google is the best search engine and there can be no question about that now.
