Best Search API?

    What is the best search API for finding something like keyword statistics? I would want to use it for SEO/keyword research purposes so I would need features like this -

    intitle:"keyword"
    Results 1 - 10 of about 3,380,000 for intitle:"keyword"

    Google is the best one I have ever seen

    But unfortunately Google stopped giving api's recently

    Try to buy Google's api from some one who already have it

    just go make some simple search on google source code search and you will find a lot ... just found 2

    Google say they have discontinued their SOAP API but they have started an AJAX API, does it still have the features I need? It's sort of hard to tell from their details page. :(
