I'm looking for the best free script/cms to run a wallpaper site. Please don't say joomla or oops etc. I'm looking for something that only needs me to upload the wallpapers and the following features: 1. Upon mouseover shows larger image 2. Allows ratings and comments 3. Allow me to add a SEO friendly description which will show up in the url. If the cms is available through fantastico even better. Sure I could find something to use but I want opinions. If you have a live site running the cms/script you recommend a link would be sooooo appreciated!
