Best script for a membership Association?

    I'm looking for the best PHP/mySQL script for an Association.

    - an Admin would be able to keep track of paid/unpaid memberships & details on members
    - members could change own details & view/post to a forum.
    - Admins can add pages/content & email members

    I believe what I'm looking for is some sort of blog/forum/social networking combination but am not sure what's out there that's suitable. Any suggestions appreciated.

    The only membership script I've used is "Account Expiration Control" for Joomla, and you can integrate "Community Builder" (user's self management)
    Works for a free solution, happy hunting.
