If you need just for Screenshots then I would recommend lightshots. If you looking for screen capture video then Camtasia studio. You can purchase license online or get it free on torrent sites.

You can use Nvidia's control panel shadowplay. If you use Nvidia graphics card of course. It's quite lite and can help you.
