Best Schooling To Get Certified in Social Networking?

    Four years ago I moved to Los Angeles. I worked for an advertising company. My job consisted of SEO. I left that job due to them doing black hat. Currently, I help manage an apartment complex. Part of my job is using Social Networking. Anyway, I would like to get certified in Social Networking. Which online schools offer the best program for this at a reasonable cost? Not looking to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars.

    I dont think SEO services are being taught like that. They are sort of soft skills.
