Lol that's definitely not somethin you see everyday. I love how he draws his Ferrari and his house haha.

Is it a joke or is he for real? If he's serious, I'm curious to know how it converts too.

That's actually very clever. It almost seems like they're trying to copy the style of The Rich Jerk some. Trying to insult the reader and The Rich Jerk had cartoon images of a mansion and a sports car.

I also like how they make it seem it's "exclusive" by saying it's 'invitation only"

Very interesting sales letter. I too am curious at how it's converting.

I clicked the checkout button, and you can really purchase his guide for $97.00, but I don't want to risk it :/

Lol, you make over $20 000 a month and are afraid to try something that only costs $97.
Somehow it makes me decide about the 20 000 dollars/months ;)

Just because you make a lot of money doesn't mean you want to spend it recklessly. Rich people stay that way because they know how to spend their money in my opinion. Look at all the idiot celebs that go broke after their careers are over because they weren't smart with what they earned.

The old owner of this site used to sell the ebook at $9.95, but he sold his site later and the new owner sell it at $97, I'm wondering whether the site is as popular as before.

That website is brilliant. Definately not the best ever, but it peeks cuiosity. If it was just a little bit more serious and showed some evidence as to the methods I'd buy. But this just looks like a joke to me. If the guide was 5-10 dollars i might do it.
