Best RSS Directories

    Hi everyone:

    I completed my first rss feed for my website. Now I need to know how to promote it. I'm guessing I should submit it to some RSS directories, but do not know which one's I should invest the time on. I'd appreciate any helpful advice on the best RSS directories to submit to. Also, do I need to resubmit each time I add something new to my feed?

    Thanks. I have that link already. I appreciate the response. I found another thread that gives a few links, but most of them are dead links or look very shady.
