I'm looking to install some kind of reward system on my forums for members and I do not know which type is the best to install. Can anyone recommend the best mod for rewarding your members? Thanks,
The thank you modification is pretty popular. I use it on my forum and my members like it - http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=165673 Then there is the awards system - http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=142487 But it does not come with the award icons, so you have to find them yourself. This mod took me several hours to get running at full speed. In the end, it might be worth it. It would have been a lot better if it came with assortment of icons, but no such luck. If you install this modification, you will have to plan out the award categories, create the icons, big and small. I only use this system to give awards to people with outstanding post or threads. Those are the only 2 awards modifications I have installed - hope it helps.
