    As along they supply php support & sql, they usually do the job.

    There are many web hosts offering reseller hosting packages.

    What are your disk space and bandwidth requirements?

    You can sell domain at namepros and Sedo.

    As far as reselling domain I would suggest you try out Internet.bs
    They are quite cheap and you dont have to deposit large amount to become their domain reseller

    I am very fond of internetbs.net as a domain reseller they only ask for a $65 deposit for you to sell the domains you can create an account with them for free but the $65 deposit is better than some others who require it to be $100 is needed to actually sell the domains. Their TLD Pricing is also low priced.
    As for the reseller of hosting If you are just starting out with this I would suggest making sure the price is right and that they supply end user support.
    The best place I have found reseller hosting account has been on WHT not sure if I am load to mention them in here or not but I am sure I will find out soon enough right.
