I would NOT go with godaddy, just read around this forum a little. If you had your name at godaddy and got scammed - you WON'T get it back. I'd suggest DynaDot.com. They are great, affordable, easy to use, and everything else!

    1. There is no such thing as "best registrar". They all register domain with different prices, different support, different addon services, performance, interface......

    2. Don't choose GoDaddy (check http://NoDaddy.com if you have time too)

    3. I like name.com / domainsite.com , used them for years

I'm a huge GoDaddy fan, though I haven't tried them all. It depends on your needs. Its easier to flip domains from GoDaddy because everyone owns an account and there dashboard makes everything really easy.

If you just own a few, or want privacy protection, there are probably better choices than GoDaddy, such as the ones provided above.

The best IMHO is www.resellerclub.com and they have just today started their Big Birthday Bash promo wherein they are providing the lowest pricing on all their tlds.

You can check the pricing at http://www.resellerclub.com/pricing/#domain_reg

I have been with them for 4+ yrs and have been very satisfied with their program. I dont sell domains but only register for my own need. And Privacy Protect has always been FREE at resellerclub

This is true. This is the major (and many times the only reason) why many domainers still have their accounts in GD

Also a clarification resellerclub.com is the reseller focused site of directi

Its true that everyone has an account at GoDaddy. It is like Microsoft, its established, acceptable but just not good.

Enom suck because you have to buy credit by bulk. Hard to maintain unless you're running something huge there. Otherwise, its a good registar!
